About N. Sandy Epstein Attorney at Law

Sandy has specialized in representing parties in workers’ compensation and personal injury claims for over thirty-five years. He believes in a pro-active approach to claims and works closely with his clients to devise strategies designed to maximize recovery in prompt time and manner. 

Sandy has lectured on all areas of workers’ compensation law before the Atlanta Claims Association, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, as well as the State Bar of Georgia. 

After graduating from law school, Sandy clerked for the Honorable Harold L. Murphy, a Federal District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. He has written extensively on workers’ compensation issues, including the Rycroft Defense, drug testing, medical cost, and safety issues. Sandy has served on the Governor's Advisory Council on two occasions - Workers’ Compensation to study the Workers’ Compensation Act and recommend changes.

Sandy has also served as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Bar Association from 1995 through 1999. Sandy was born in Atlanta, Georgia.
